Summer School 2025 on Mechanisms in Mechatronics

Dates: 11 - 23 August 2025

Location: 2 weeks on campus of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Minneapolis, Minnesota

Collaboration: ZHAW School of Engineering and University of Minnesota

Eligible Study Programmes at ZHAW School of Engineering:

Full-time and part-time students are eligible to participate

• Aviation (AV)
• Electrical Engineering (ET)
• Mobility Science (MO), under approval of study director Prof. Thomas Sauter-Servaes
• Mechanical Engineering (MT)
• Systems Engineering (ST)
• Engineering and Management (WI)

Eligible Term Level:

As of completed 1st year/2nd semester (full-time students) and completed 2nd year/4th semester (part-time students)

ECTS credits: 4 ECTS will be awarded for the summer school into the elective modules group (WPFM) of semester 5th (full-time studies), or 7th semester (part-time studies).

Costs: 2’700 - 3’200 CHF (depends on the number of participants and includes fee, boarding and flight costs)
